Richard is a Tyler, Texas native and a Texas A&M University graduate. Richard came to Oklahoma by way of the Doctoral Program in Anthropology at the University of Oklahoma. Richard is a Tyler, Texas native and a Texas A&M University graduate. Richard came to Oklahoma by way of the Doctoral Program in Anthropology at the University of Oklahoma. He joined Kevo Property Management in 2017, specializing in the financial success of multi-family properties. After spending several years growing Kevo’s multi-family management division, he realized that his property owners weren’t getting the communication that they expected from their HOA boards and / or management. So, in 2020, along with 3 business partners, Richard founded Strida Management Group with the goal of streamlining the HOA management industry and making sure that homeowners and board members received the communication that they need and deserve.
Richard has earned his CMCA and AMS certifications through Community Association Institute and the CAI International Certification Board.

He joined Strida Management Group in 2021 as an Association Coordinator and quickly promoted. He specializes in Townhome living throughout the Oklahoma City and Edmond area. He enjoys helping individuals solve issues around their community and helping develop plans for sustainable and environmentally friendly living. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and watching sports. He is a diehard OU Fan!

Steve, a native of Edmond, Oklahoma, has more than 20 years’ experience in residential real estate and property management. Steve is also the managing Broker for RDS Homes and is one of its founders. Prior to starting RDS Homes, Steve spent more than 25 years in corporate finance, and was CFO of a regional corporate recruiting firm in San Diego, CA.

Daniel is a San Diego, CA native with more than 15 years’ experience in residential property management operations and administration. He currently oversees all marketing operations for Strida Management Group and RDS Homes, and is a founding member of both companies.

Avery is a Bethany, OK native and Oklahoma City resident. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2016 with a degree in Political Science. After working several years in payroll and accounting, he joined Strida Management Group as the Director of Accounting in 2023. He specializes in the day-to-day fiscal needs of the HOAs as well
Avery is a Bethany, OK native and Oklahoma City resident. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2016 with a degree in Political Science. After working several years in payroll and accounting, he joined Strida Management Group as the Director of Accounting in 2023. He specializes in the day-to-day fiscal needs of the HOAs as well as account and financial statement analysis. In his spare time, Avery loves to go to an Oklahoma City Thunder game, see one of his favorite musicians in concert, or catch a movie with friends.
Avery obtained his CMCA in 2024.
